The Capital SouthEast Connector Joint Powers Authority ("Connector JPA," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit connectorjpa.com (the "Site"), how we use and share that information, and the choices available to you.
The Connector JPA is a public agency formed under California's Joint Exercise of Powers Act. Because we are a government entity, some of the information you provide to us may be subject to public disclosure under California law. Please read the "Public Records" section below carefully.

- Email and forms. We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage our email newsletter, process subscriptions, and handle messages submitted through our forms. Information you submit through a newsletter signup or contact form is processed and stored by Brevo on our behalf.
- Analytics. We use analytics services to understand how visitors use the Site. These services may set cookies and collect usage information such as the pages you view and the actions you take.
- Embedded content. Some pages include content embedded from third parties, for example, video recordings of board meetings, maps, and social media content. When you view a page with embedded content, the third-party provider (such as a video or map platform) may collect information about your interaction with that content and may set its own cookies, just as if you had visited their service directly.
These third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services whose content you interact with through the Site.

- Service providers. With the third-party providers described above, who process information on our behalf to operate the Site and deliver our services.

- Other public agencies. With partner agencies and government bodies where necessary to carry out our public functions related to the Capital SouthEast Connector project.
